Well, Where to begin? We obviously have not been keeping up on the Blog, and let me apologize for that. I see that many you have been checking to see if he have updated, but we haven’t. It’s been so long that it took me awhile to find the blog website. Since the last entry in October a lot has happened. First I would think that the biggest thing that has happened was our trip to Hawaii. That was a wonderful experience. If any of you have been there, then you may know how great of an experience it is. And anyone that can find the time to go I highly recommend it. We did a lot while we were down there. We swam with the dolphins, went to a luau, we rented a car and drove around the entire Island. The drive took about 6 hours, but seeing the entire Island was an experience for sure. The week we were down was the same week of the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing. Unfortunately when we finally got to the North Shore to watch the professional surfers, the competition was cancelled because the waves were to big. Now, I saw the waves and they were HUGE, but I would not have expected for the wussy pros. To complain that they were to big. On another day we went to Pearl Harbor, which was really cool to see. We also went to the Dole plantation where they take you on a tour of the pineapple fields. I have never really put much thought into how pineapples are grown, and was really surprised to see them growing in a bush on a stick. I figured they grew on trees on in the ground like other fruits and veggies. The plant it grows out of is the top prickly part of another pineapple. It’s kind of hard to explain but we took many pictures. Hawaii had the best sunsets we have ever seen. We recently bought two new lap tops that are Macs, and had to figure out a way to put the pics on them since apple uses a different format than PC’s. Luckily we did find a way and would be happy to email the site with the pics on it. There are over 500 photos on the site so putting them on here would not be wise. Also if you wish to see the pics, please keep in mind that they are most of the pics we took and may not be interesting to everyone.
The election came and we were happy to see Obama win. And as I am writing this he has already been in office for three days. It will be interesting to see how he is able to handle the mess that Bush has left him.
Stacis birthday was in December. We had a nice dinner with her family and Vaughn and Natalie the day before. And we just hung out with friends on her birthday. We went to breakfast and went bowling.
I guess another big thing that happened since I last wrote was Christmas. We had dinner with Stacis family on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas Day we went with Vaughn and Natalie to Universal Studios. It was a really fun time, and shockingly really busy. We are not usually to big on the holidays but we did decide to decorate this year. Picking out the tree was the best part of that. We took titus to the different tree farms and found the perfect tree. New Years was uneventful as always. We dont usually go out or even stay up to see the ball drop.
Well, I guess that would catch anyone that was interested to read up to speed with us. We will try to write more often. I guess I would keep up with this thing a little better with we had kids or an interesting life. As for now we pretty much stay low key since it is winter and a little slower with my work. We will be going to Idaho at the beginning of February to see my Grannie, and Cousins. That will be a really fun time, and we cant wait to see everyone.

The Last Couple of Weeks

Well, I know it has been a couple weeks since I have updated this thing, but I have been so busy with homework and work. Anyway enough excuses so on the 8th of October Staci and I went on our first big bike ride. There is a trail about an hour away from where we live that will take you from Yorba Linda to Huntington Beach. The ride is about 20 miles, and is really cool because it is paved and keeps you off the street with the cars. There are many other bike riders that do the trail all the time. It is funny that some of the other riders seem as though since they do the trail every weekend, that they own it. But I would smash a bike rider. Out of the 20 miles we only made it 10, because Staci’s knees where hurting her. We had so much fun and hopefully we will make it the whole way to the beach next time. Last Friday was Staci’s cousin Jeremy’s birthday. We went out to the Melting Pot, They serve their food fondue style. It was really good, but kind of expensive. We had a good time with Jeremy and his wife Marci, and went to see Nick and Norah's infinite playlist the next morning with them. The movie was really funny. On Sunday we went to the Pirate Diner Adventure in Buena Park. If you have never been there it is like Medieval Times except with Pirates instead of Knights. Overall the weekend was a good one, and last of most fun until we go to Hawaii next month.

Last Weekend

On Saturday Staci and I went to the San Diego Zoo with my brother Vaughn and his girlfriend Natalie (I hope I spelled her name right). It seems like we saw more animals than normal for some reason. Also the animals were acting different. It must be the time of year since it is a little cooler now. We had a good time with Vaughn and Natalie, like we always do. After the Zoo we ate at On The Border which has really good fajitas. We always eat there after a San Diego trip, because we do not know if there is a closer one to where we live. I guess it would not be hard to find out, but we will just leave it as it is. On Sunday we woke up and decided to go on a vacation. So Hawaii here we come. We have been talking about going somewhere but never really made plans. If we do not make plans spontaneously it will never happen, so we went online and paid for a hotel and flight. We will be leaving November 25 and returning December 1. We will be down there for Thanksgiving, and our five year anniversary. It will be fun to have a big vacation, because we never had on before. Also it is always fun to look forward to something, but it seems like it will be forever before we leave.

A Brief History

Staci and I met my senior year of high school. After changing classes in the middle of the school year, I was put next to her so she could help me catch up on the class work. Nothing special happened, until on my 18th birthday. That day a few friends went to Disneyland to celebrate, and somehow we just hit it off. We dated for three years, and married in November of 2003. In 2006 Staci graduated with a Bachelors degree in social science, from Cal State San Bernardino. In 2005 we started a concrete trucking business, and a couple of years ago I wrecked my Truck pretty bad. But now things are going pretty good. That year we got an English Bulldog named Charlie, sadly he died a year later. In February of 2007 we bought a new puppy, and named him Titus. We have no kids, and Titus is our replacement. We still live in Yucaipa ca, and do not have any plans to leave anytime soon. I am almost done my Bachelors degree in psychology, from Cal State San Bernardino. We have season passes to sea world, disneyland, universal studios, san diego zoo, and the wild animal park. I hope you enjoy pictures of those places and dogs, because we take pictures of everything.

Here We Go.

O.K...So Staci and I have been talking about starting a blog for a couple of months now. I do not think our lives are so interesting that people will care, but i guess it is a nice way for family and friends to keep in touch. I should say thanks to my aunt Krista, because she is the one that brought blogging to our attention. We will try to keep up on this thing, but I can not make any promises.
